Booking Your First Appointment

All new patients are asked to contact the clinic directly to book their initial assessment with Laura. This first appointment is an important step. It's where we get to know you, discuss what's brought you in, and begin treatment, so it's booked personally rather than online. Online booking is available for returning patients only. Once you've had your initial assessment, all follow-up appointments can be booked conveniently through your Jane account at any time. 

Before You Come In

After booking your first appointment, you'll receive an email with your Jane account login information. Please take a moment to create a password and complete your intake forms online through your account before your appointment. Having your paperwork done ahead of time means we can spend your full appointment on what matters, talking through your concerns and getting started on treatment rather than on forms. Please make sure this is completed before your appointment time.

Hours & Getting in Touch

Rigby Osteopathy is open Monday through Friday. All messages and emails are returned during office hours, but you're always welcome to leave a message at any time and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Finding Us

Rigby Osteopathy is located at 166 Milltown Blvd, St. Stephen, NB, within the Bone Physiotherapy and Wellness Clinic. Once you arrive, come on in and make yourself comfortable. The waiting area is just inside the door, with comfortable chairs and couches. Laura will come out to greet you when it's time for your appointment. If the front door is locked, please wait just outside until five minutes before your appointment time.

Parking

Street parking is available directly in front of the building, or behind the building along the waterfront. Both options are convenient and easy to access.

Accessibility

Rigby Osteopathy is committed to being a welcoming space for everyone. There is a crosswalk located in front of the clinic, with an accessible incline to the sidewalk suitable for walkers and wheelchairs. Please note that the clinic door does not have an automatic door button. If this is a concern for you, please don't hesitate to mention it when booking and staff will be happy to assist with the door at your appointment time. A wheelchair accessible washroom is available inside the clinic.
